Production time
Production times will vary according to the order. The order will begin processing only after an approved sample. The order can be shipped collect with a carrier of choice or "prepaid and charge" with a pre-designated carrier. Any additional service options will be billed accordingly. Shipping details must be included in the written order; otherwise the shipping method defaults to “prepaid and charge” by ground transportation.
Freight claims
Any freight claims must be made with the carrier directly. Storex can provide all the information necessary to make a claim.
Overruns/Underruns
We will make an effort to ship exact order quantities. However, we reserve the right to ship and bill -/+ 5% of the order quantity.
