Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

This Limited Manufacturer's Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by GROUPE ERA LIMITED ("Manufacturer") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the product ("Product") identified below. This Warranty is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

Warranty Coverage:

Manufacturer warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Manufacturer will, at its sole option and discretion, either repair the defective Product or replace it with a new or refurbished Product.

This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product only and does not cover any other damages, including but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or any other economic loss.

This Warranty is valid only if the Product has been used in accordance with the instructions provided by Manufacturer and has not been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

To make a claim under this Warranty, Purchaser must contact Manufacturer's customer service department at GROUPE ERA, 2500 Rue Guénette, Saint-Laurent, QC H4R 2H2 Canada (Telephone 1-514-745-1234) and provide the following information:

1. Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the name of the retailer.

2. A description of the defect and the circumstances under which it occurred.

Upon receipt of the claim, Manufacturer will determine whether the claim is covered under this Warranty. If the claim is covered under this Warranty, Manufacturer will provide instructions on how to return the defective Product.

Limitations:

This Warranty is the only express warranty provided by Manufacturer with respect to the Product. This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This Warranty is valid only in Canada and the United States.

This Warranty is not transferable and is valid only for the original Purchaser.

This Warranty is void if the Product has been repaired or modified by anyone other than Manufacturer or its authorized service providers.

Manufacturer reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Warranty at any time without notice.

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.
